Brilliant from start to finish
Order was acknowledged within minutes giving reference numbers etc. Plus phone number. Then advised that goods had been dispatched. And despite being "Christmas" goods received with 2 days. Al very efficient.

delivery good, web site needs improving
Tried to order 2 sacks the same of dog food but gave up. Phoned for help but answer phone said no-one available although it was during the day. Maybe I am dim but decided as delivery was free I could order one and then another. Sometimes there is a discount for 2 and then I would have been stuck.
