I use skype mainly as im a mother who sits in at night rather bored and tired, so i log on and chat to my friend who is also at home with a kiddie and its a lovely way to chat face to face and not feel so alone. Only problem is background noise is awful at times, signal goes in and out but apart from that great
Ebay is renound around the world now and is extremely useful, especially in the times of recession, buy anything just that little bit cheaper, second hand, the wedding dress you dreamed of, for half the price.................and so on. Easy to use, ebay quick to help if you have a problem.
Love paypal, easy to use, dont have to worry about being duped by poor ebayers, can transfer money easily into bank account, security is brilliant............................down fall, if you sell a car or large item and do transaction through paypal it does take a substantial amount of money!
I have had my sofa for 2 years now, looked very nice for about 6 months. The cushions even through turning every couple of days, plumping up cushions and protecting with throws, is still wrecked with just 2 people living here!!! The sofa is poorly made and very cheapely with staples holding down most material, have found loose staples and material coming away. After reading through insurance and covering you for........pretty much buggar all would urge people to not bother and put it on house insurance. States doesnt cover for everyday spills and usage....................???
I swapped my supermarket delivery to Asda and am very pleased, good value for money, delivery times very varied and delivery cost reasonable. Staff always very helpful and polite and being disabled, they are never shy to bring my shopping into kitchen and place items in the fridge.
Was with this company for a little while, service was poor. Customer service was about as usefull as asking my dog for advice, installation off internet was painful and billing was not value. Were never very helpful, until the day i decided to switch provider to which they then wanted to help free of charge and explain they could infact improve my internet connection but negleted to inform me in the 4 months previously when i had complained.
Love this website, with a dog, cat and some rats this is a very useful website that is reliable and good value for money. Alot cheaper then getting tablets and flea products from your vets.
Due to being disabled and having a mobility car, i have to Kwik fit for replacing tyres. My first visit with "Kwik" Fit was to have my two rear tyres replaced at an appointment which was booked a week prior at 1pm. I got there at 1pm sharp, with all details, left car at 1.15pm to go shopping and was told will take about 45mins. Returned at 3pm only for my car to be sat in same spot i left it, with no new tyres!!! Meanwhile two of the staff were slowly moving around, drinking tea, chatting and taking all the time in the world. I asked why is my car not done, no real answer just were going to do it now. It then takes a hurther 45mins, they finally finished by 4.05pm for two tyres which was booked in.................awful, awful, awful!!!!! And my second visit wasnt much better, staff training in time keeping, customer service and general pull your finger out lectures needed.

I have been with littlewoods for sometime now, i have brought my daughter clothes and accesories to stylish homeware to kitchen appliances......If i have ever wanted to return an item, littlewoods were more then efficient with sending couriers and any refunds are transferred in very good time or sent replacement items. Have a good team in customer services who are happy to help with anything and the catalogue has a wide variety to suit practically every need............ no complaints yet :)
