Next day or 4-5 weeks to deliver!?
I placed an order for the E-MU 1010LT PCI sound card, the website said it is in stock and ready for next day delivery - I waited 4 days for delivery, then logged onto the website to see what's going on, only to find the ETA was changed to 4-5 weeks! - Terrible!

Order cancelled for no reason
I placed an order a week ago and they just cancelled my order for no reason and refunded my money.
So they have accepted my order, taken my money, kept me waiting for a week and I guess decided to raise their price on the website and cancelled my order.
They are still accepting new orders on their website for the item, just at a higher price - this is an illegal and shady practice and they have wasted a week of my time which means I won't get this item any time soon because it's too close to Xmas now.

Liars and time wasters
Absolute junk! - I placed an order, they kept me waiting for 7 days, when I enquired where my item was, they cancelled the order and said money was never released from paypal, please order again.
I checked paypal and my account, money was released and cleared, it also left my bank account before being returned when they cancelled the transaction - I also placed several transactions that day and just placed another with EuroPC that went through no problem.
Absolute time wasters and liars - should've checked the internet for reviews about them.

Absolute scumbags
One day I was told I'm no longer able to use the gym because the promotional offer I signed up under expired. Despite not being allowed in the gym, David Lloyd tried to charge me for 3 additional months and harassed me with daily emails, letters and phone calls about outstanding bills - all this while not allowing me to use the facilities!
It took nearly half a year for them to accept they are at fault and I never received the refund for the few weeks I overpaid.
