Excellent website giving you choice and best pricing. Rarely let down by its suppliers.

I've used interparcel many times and each time i'm impressed. Pricing and service are great. The website is excellent and allows you to use couriers you would not normally have access to. One let down is some of the couriers now only collect from business addresses and this is dissapointing. I've always been impressed with the website and if they can sort out this minor issue with thier suppliers then they will continue to be number one. I've never been let down by the couriers but this could of course tarnish my opinion but this isn't really interparcel's fault. They provide and excellent service each time even on my international deliveries.

Fantastic Customer Service. Great Web site. Easy ordering.

They were only let down by royal mail. Immediate refund of my postage fee due to late special delivery. I'm still glad they use Royal Mail so much better than the other carriers.
