This company is disgusting.
Website informed me if not in, delivery would be made to safe dry place.
Was sunbathing with headphones, and no idea when delivery would arrive, so left a note on the door explaining I was in, but may not hear knock. I signed an authorisation accepting liability for them to leave the parcel in a safe place.
Just happened to be coming into the house later in the day, and heard a thud on the door. Opened the door to be greeted by a Yodel driver who reprimanded me for leaving such a note, explaining he couldn't possibly leave it in a safe place, and that if only - his job would be so much easier.
Absolutely confirmed all previous suspicions of Yodel customer service. Twitter team were unhelpful, and just ignored what had happened, saying I should make a formal complain, instead of apologising.
Have screenshots of the delivery page saying they can leave in a safe place. This has been ignored.
Awful company. Have informed the company who used them as delivery service, also, about the shocking service.
Love shopping with ASOS. I signed up for the Premier delivery service and have never looked back. Usually anything I need is delivered next day, with no hassle. The only problems I've ever had were with Parcel Force and not ASOS themselves, where a couple of things arrived late. However, they give you a discount code if this happens, which is nice, and makes up for the inconvenience.
The range is constantly updated, and the products are really good. Returns are fast and processed quickly, and customer care usually reply to e-mails within an hour. They have a good Facebook customer care service, as well. They take good care of customers!
