faulty payment system, unhelpful customer support

I just had a booking a few days ago, it was the last day for a discount period and everything went well. Next day I get an automatic email notification that they payment software thought my purchase was a fraud and cancelled my order. I always use this card for all online purchases and never had a problem before.
The ticket then cost already 220 euros more when they notified me. I reached them by email and telephone and they were completely unwilling to help, saying that they "cannot" overrule their software. What kind of a company has no control over their own software???? Customer service was very uninformative and no help whatsoever. Another thing: if it is a software making the decisions, why does it take till next morning to notify me with an automatic email? If they had sent it earlier I could have tried with another card. For this, I now have to pay 220 euros extra!
