I requested 2 refunds, one was paid back into my account no problem, but the other one the service provided marked redeemed, I have been trying to convince wowcher of this, they insist they need the merchant to confirm non use of the voucher, I spoke to the merchant who advised me that he would not do so as he wanted me top use the voucher at a later date for half the price. I an disgusted with wowcher at the way they have handled my case, my contract was with wowcher not the merchant.

We are very sorry to hear you are unhappy with the way we have dealt with your refund. As I am sure you can appreciate we do need to ensure wowchers have not been used before we refund them which means we have to contact the merchant if a wowcherr is showing as redeemed.
If the merchant does not respond to this request within the time stated then we will then make a considered decison regarding the request.
