DREADFUL, AFWFUL, IMPOSSIBLE, UNRELIABLE -

I really dont know where to start with this company, i waited in everyday for 1 week for a delivery between 8am-8pm which never turned up as i was told sorry its tomorrow, sorry tomorrow, no real excuse what the problems were, then it bloody came when i was out and i told them not to deliver on that date - same happened again on redelivery .....To top it off - it was damaged. Impossible to get any answer on phone unless you have half an hour to spare to wait for them to answer. Considering this is such a massive organisation, more investment is needed in their customer services. I feel sorry for the poor folks who have to pick up the calls from many unhappy customers. NEVER, NEVER AGAIN.......
would like to add before you post it Worldstores - dont bother with the bog standard apology that you post on bad reviews, it doesnt mean anything to you and i'm not interested.
