Excellent
Have travelled with this company to Alaska, Rockies, China. A bit pricey but worth it for the peace of mind. Home pick up service highly reliable as is every aspect of the holiday organisation. Informative and friendly tour guides. Good quality hotels - if there is a problem it is sorted out quickly. Company takes note of customers reviews and makes suggested changes. Will travel with them again next year to USA.
Orange
Staying with them as have had very few problems.
Have broadband and phone with orange. Have been with them for many years. Very few problems. When have needed help though, the help comes from abroad and accents are sometimes difficult to understand.
Dell
No problems.
Bought desk top computer package that you put together from range of items. Great value and quality. Service perfect.
Tesco
Online shopping only used once!
I joined on one of those "new customer" online shopping offers. Groceries arrived early and I was out so, after phoning me on my mobile, they left the shopping with a neighbour. Why arrive early when a time slot has been booked?
Mattress24
Rubbish!
Mattress not delivered on day specified and could not contact company in any way as they did not answer phone calls or emails. Still waiting for reply and mattress. All it needed if there was a problem was an email or phone call to say delivery would not take place as planned. Stayed in all day on a holiday day booked especially. they claim money if customer not in to take delivery - what about them paying customer money if item not delivered. Oh No!
