OK so the lights are out in the kitchen, doing anything is extremely difficult, obviously I need help?
Go to the computer, speak to the people at "etradecounter", who oh so calmly work out which parts I need.
All in one go they order these for me, and promise to deliver promptly.
One day later and there they are, delivered to my door, exactly the parts I require, within 30 minutes they are fitted and
the kitchen is back in use.
The delivery was fantastic, they told me exactly when it would arrive, and lo and behold there is the driver with
It is a shame that at the moment I don't need anything else from "etradecounter", when I do, rest assured I will be back.
I was concerned that the order would be delivered accurately. On my last delivery the incorrect dog food was delivered which resulted in a delay to await the delivery of the correct food.
This time I ordered the foods, my concern was that the same mistake would repeat itself. The invoice which confirmed my order
did not show precisely which "Wellbeloved Kibble," was being sent, which in turn left me wondering what was going to arrive.
There was no need to worry, the exact food arrived and it was sent very quickly.
Perhaps in future you could show precisely which food was being forwarded, i.e. Hi Life, Prestige, CHICKEN COLLECTION,
