Purchased a pair of Merrell Boots a Christmas gift, arrived really quickly excellent communication from Rubbersole, checked on arrival all looked fine, when opened and tried Xmas day there was a manufacturing fault.
Checked website re returns, very simple process dropped off boxing night email following day that parcel received, further message processing the exchange and just had message that replacement on the way.
No fuss, no messing about just fast prompt resolution of a problem, can't fault buying or aftersales at all....excellent will definitely use Rubbersole again and recommend to family and friends.
Ordered a festively decorated onesie for my wife "Scarlet Reindeer fleece onesie". showed as in stock, had order confirmation email, account later updated as dispatched on 15.12.2012, got email on 21.12.2012 when I chased up the item to be told out of stock and would refund.
Replied to email declining refund and requesting that I be sent the item when back in stock.
I have now had udate that refund is done.
I have been with 3 for 8 months and had already got contracts for both the kids and more recently my wife. Good amount af free minutes, texts and internet. Previous companies Orange and Virgin couldn't match the packages I got. Reception has been good as well.
Ordered a video camera on behalf of a friend to video his daughters soon to arrive baby, when ordered did show delivery in 2-8 days but after 8 days according to order info it hadn't been processed, email to customer services who were excellent (Emman Gowan), I explained the issue due to have baby any day and they rushed the order through, arrived next day.
Will definitely use the company again but will perhaps allow more time so I'm not so desperate for item to arrive just in case.
