Travel Republic
Really pleased :)
Just returned from a weekend in Prague having stayed at the Park Inn Hotel and travelled with WizzAir. Our break was easy to book online and we got our confirmation emails in good time. I'd definitely book with Travel Republic again. Thank you :)
Dominos
Couldn't locate our order
Love Dominos pizza, but the last time I went, I ordered online and was shown the live feed to indicate when our order would be ready. I then went down to our nearest one and still had to wait 15 minutes - a) because our garlic bread hadn't been made and b) because they couldn't find our order. They were searching on their screens and getting a bit hot under the collar when one guy turned round and saw it sitting on the shelf! He offered us a bottle of Fanta as compensation as it was my mum's Birthday and she had to wait - so we demanded a discount and eventually got it. Poor customer service at your Sundon branch I'm afraid.

The tone of voice for your brand is great :) I particularly enjoy reading the packaging on the drinks bottles as well as your daily Facebook updates. You come across as a very friendly company with a great personality - keep it up!
