This is the worst company I have ever bought from. I cannot believe they can get away with this sort of service. I will never use them again and that's a shame because as a business owner I know of many companies who could have used this company, but I will not be recommending them now. My goods did not arrive & I was told that I refused the delivery...I never even saw it! No one from Caboodle would ring me back or email me back about this. I then re-ordered whilst waiting for a refund within 3-5 days apparently. The next lot turned up completely battered. The box was open and all the packaging inside was also open and damaged. The delivery driver didn't wait to leave it, but I couldn't be bothered to send it back as it was such a pain. Now a MONTH on, I still haven't received my refund after ringing them and emailing them and being promised it will be sorted today, it doesn't ever happen. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, pay more from a reliable source. I just hope I get this cleared up soon before I post my review on every single website out there!!
