I would actually rate them even lower if possible.
The first delivery day they they apparently 'missed' me (which is ridiculous as I took a day of work for this shit company)
The second day (I again took a day off) and again, surprise surprise, they again came and went
THE THIRD DAY!!!!! SAME THING!!!!!!! I left a note outside (specifically for these illiterate idiots) explaining how to ring the buzzer.
Then when I called Argos and asked what was happening they told me that Yodel was not delivering and "apparently" were waiting "instructions" from Argos??????
Not helpful! Not going to use them ever again! And will deter as many people as I can from using them as well!
of all the companies that became broke due to the credit crunch why did this one have to remain.
