Back stratch for free

The mattress we bought had the springs sticking into our sides after 2,5months of use and we were turning it regularly, very uncomfortable mattress. I would not recommend that mattress to anybody. We tried foam over the mattress for a while and that helped a bit for another 2 months. Could no longer use as lack of sleep took it's toll. Not a good experience with the mattress purchase.

I am very disappointed to hear that your mattress developed a problem. You could have at any stage come back to us in relation to this as this product is fully guaranteed and no springs should protrude at any stage. I would have no problem replacing this product for you and or exchanging it for a more suitable model.

The problem your are experiencing appears to me to be a manufacturing issue which is rare. We always resolve these for customers right away, please contact us info@mattress.ie and I will rectify this problem for you. With any purchase from us your product is fully guaranteed for 1 year + the manufacturers warranty as well.
