I placed an order via Amazon Marketplace as CamaeraKing had a 5 star customer rating. I received the product at a good price and in good time but once it was found to be faulty the saga started...
I had to contact the UK distributor myself to confirm the item was faulty and then return it to Camaeraking for repair or replacement. A refund was not offered because more than 30 days had passed.
After 5 weeks I found out that a replacement could not be sent as it was discontinued and now out of stock so I offered to pay the difference and purchase the newer model but got no reply.
A week later and after contacting Amazon, who would not help as it was now outside their 60 day window, I sent another email to find when this issue would be resolved. A few days later I received confirmation that a full refund would be made.
I think Trustpilot's customer rating of 2 stars is more realistic.
Placed my first order on a Saturday morning but had to wait until the following Saturday for delivery. Would not have minded so much if the delivery was free.
Just after placing my order I found an equivalent product on Amazon which includes free delivery. A saving of 18% when compared to Myprotein but it is only eligible for price match before ordering.
