pity you have not got minus no stars but ive had to put one .my nephew ordered a bed on line 4 weeks ago, they said it would be delivered the next week, on the morning of delivery he had a phone call from yodel saying that they only had one package which was the headboard and no other parts, my nephew rang the customer service line, ( joke) it took him about 4 days to get through and they didnt even acknowlege the missing parts but blamed yodel again, My nephew requested a refund which they said would take between 7 to 10 days to process (funny how they can take your payment immediately) it is the 12th day now and he still has had no refund, he has tried ringing every day for a week now but you simply cannot get an answer from customer services, he even rang the order line, got through straight away, funny that, they in turn just fobbed him off and told him that they would connect him to the right department, still no one answered, what a joke this company is, i am going to go to the trading standards about this place, they are the worst company we have ever dealt with and after reading the other complaints I want something done about them.
ordered shoes for son starting school on 5th sept ordered them over a week before got an email about 4 days later saying they were sold out and had to get refund which took 4 days to go back into my account, which was too late for my son to get new ones would check to see if their item is in stock before purchasing if you are in ahurry for them
