Fantastic service
I ordered an Alienware M14X laptop, these are assembled to order in China and I received it in 7 days, and that was when it snowed! I couldn't be happier with my purchase and everyone I spoke with was very pleasant and committed to providing a good level of service even before I had made the purchase.
Scan Computers
The BEST online store ever!
My experience with scan has been second to no other. The dispatch was immediate the delivery to within the hour they stated! (standard delivery) I received text messages asking if it would be convenient at that time, the items arrived exactly correct and fantastically packaged. I also opted for the installation insurance which thankfully I didn't need to use but it was re-assuring. The prices were also excellent, this will be the first place I visit for any PC components or accessories from now on.

Excellent service.
I've ordered from Box only 3 times and they have been excellent each time. On the second occasion I received an item different to what was advertised on their site. They were very understanding that the product I received was of lower value and gave me an opportunity for a partial refund or a full refund which was most considerate. Consequently I have since returned and would have no hesitation telling others to do so.
