I raised my order on 1st May and paid immediately with Paypal and waited until 13th May to call and ask where my item was. The order hadn't processed although funnily enough the payment had. 3 more emails failed to elicit a despatch date from either Gemma, Kiran or Lucman although Lucman tells me they 'may' have stock issues and cannot advise a despatch date until he knows for sure - maybe today or tomorrow. So I have now raised a dispute with paypal. This company is awful, really poor to sell items they don't have in stock - pay attention to the other reviews on here and steer clear. I wish I'd checked here first. I will now have to buy elsewhere and await a refund from Linens Ltd as I needed my items this weekend and 3 weeks advance order should have been plenty of time if only I'd been dealing with a professional retailer.
I booked my first ever Secret Escape to a Cotswolds country house hotel as a treat for my husband's birthday. It exceeded our expectations. We had a fantastic time and the hotel was really luxurious, the service was amazing and we were thoroughly spoilt. I totally forgot we were on a bargain break, but had a nice reminder when the bill at check-out was just for the bar. I'll definitely be using Secret Escapes again.
My order of Royal Canin Golden retriever was £20 cheaper than in my regular pet store. It was delivered so very quickly (24 hrs later) and within a convenient 1 hour time slot from ultra reliable DPD.. I've saved Big Dog World to my favourites because I'm a real fan of the way they give back to dog rescues like Large Breed Rescue which I think is fantastic instead of banking all the profits. A lovely company.
I re-stocked my 2 golden retriever dogs' medicine cabinet with Pro-Kolin - this was listed at the best price online by far and free delivery was included too. Also, Animed Direct was the only supplier of the larger 60ml syringes which you need for large dogs.
EasyAnimal have high quality branded products at the best price I could find online after considerable research. Their advice is honest and invaluable and saved me from the costly error of buying the wrong product for my 2 golden retrievers. EasyAnimal's communication was proactive and the delivery was so quick I was astonished.
The order arrived with a part missing which makes it unusable. My email to customer service went unanswered as did my phone calls. I finally got through on the phone 4 days later. The supervisor said she would check if a spare part could be sent and let me know the same day by email. I asked for a reference for the call but wasnt given one because she'd definitely email me the same day. No email has arrived so I don't know what is happening. I doubt I'll get a refund so I'll write this one off to experience and go back to using Pet Supermarket. I won't order with Pet Planet again. I'm sure if you get what you order all is fine but if anything goes wrong then it's very hard work getting any redress.
