Although ‘Paypal’ was listed as a payment option on the Home screen it was not available at checkout. Thinking this was my error I used a Visa card. I have since made a dummy order and again was not given the opportunity to use Paypal.
At the time of ordering of my particular item the stock numbered 5. Seven days later I received an email (they had tried to telephone) saying they were out of stock; the web site still showed 5 items in stock. I cancelled the order and have received a full refund. Emails were courteous but I feel badly let down. On the day I cancelled I ordered the same item from another company who delivered the next morning.
