same as last week, i ordered from a different wholesaler this time and suppose to collect my order on friday, got a text from you saying it be here today, but guess what, its not, your driver went to next door then went, he didnt have anything for me, why? cos it still sitting in Glasgow waiting to be collected, how an earth can you call it next day delivery, im suppose to be working again tomorrow, but not much stock to sell now, im looking into filing a claim now, why should i lose out on sales if you cant do what you say, this is the 2nd time, im going to ask my suppliers f they can use a diferent company for my orders in future, i cant even get to speak to a human, your customer service is the worst ive ever seen, when i start dispatching from my online store i wont be using dpd, Yodel can have all my work
wont use the restaurant again in the Llandudno store, the lady there treated my wife like she was 5 years old, the toilets there are always dirty,and even 3 weeks after the new toilets have been opened you can see they not been cleaned properly as building dust etc around the edge of the floors and always piss on the seats
as a buyer it is great, but as a seller the fees are just way to much, and if someone dont pay for an item it takes a lot of hastle to get fees back, and and they only get 1 strike, i think we should have a setting that if someone has even just 1 non paying strike we can block there bids automatically, and it should show up just like the feeedback,
just wish there wasnt so much spammers out there advertising on all the groups, and the spot the difference game dont reply back when you contact them when there is a problem with the game, you dont get 1 minute as they say you do,
Totally disapointed, we ordered it to be delivered thursday, got a phone call from there delivery company late wednesday to say they comming friday, i said it was sepose to be here tomorrow not friday , and nobody would be here friday for collection as would be working, she got stroppy, wanted to speak to my wife even tho invoice was in my name, i refused, and hanged up on here cos of her rudeness, cos they dont deliver in my area on a thursday, then got 2 more calls from them saying it was being delivered on the friday, so i phoned up hughes direct customer services, who sorted it not to be delivered on the friday and sent here on the monday instead, he said he would phone me to ket me know a rough time they will deliver as i had to go out for a couple of hours, he didnt phone, lucky the driver was a very nice polite helpfull lad,
