Utterly terrible

Had nothing but bad experiences with Parcelforce. Faked deliveries. Not even knocking and leaving a 'we tried to deliver' note. NEVER deliver within the time-frame that you pay for. Always have to chase them up. VERY inefficient. Charge a bomb for international deliveries coming in to the UK.

Quite simply the worst delivery service.

Royal Mail for some reason are absolutely fine however...

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. Whether you're ordering stuff online or sending something, check and make sure you're not using Parcelforce.

Use Citylink or DPD or something.

Deciding whether to do it? Do.

I'd never usually write a rating review of a company, but felt I should here, as these guys are great. Literally sent my phone off one day, and the very next day I had the full amount in my account. Very quick, very smooth.

Sold to them for about 20% less than what I would've received at auction on eBay or similar but was happy to do this for the speed and convenience of selling to Mazuma.

Overall fantastic, recommended.
