Ordered 2 tvs on Friday 2nd September, requested delivery date wed 7th september.
Checked the online account, "last order" showed the order, the price, the card I was using and the delivery date, no problem you think.
WRONG - having sat in all day the order didnt turn up - checked the online account and it still looked ok. I phoned them up thinking there was a problem with the courier or something, but my order had been cancelled owing to lack of stock and these con merchants didnt bother to tell me.
Customer service guy claimed there were 500 other folk in the same boat and they were "phoning them" to tell them - well they certainly didnt tell me and they still havent corrected this on my online account.
