Not Impressed - 3 weeks after ordering, still no goods

I ordered corner bath expecting delivery within a few days which I would have accepted. However its now 18 days later and in spite of their couriers booking in the delivery for today, I was told this morning that it would not be arriving. No good reason as they would only say 'warehouse issues'. This is not good enough. Delivery now booked yet again for Monday which will be 3 weeks after ordering. This is not acceptable for a company offering next day despatch. No good leaving the next day if their couriers take 3 weeks to get it to the customer. Tried to make Victorian Plumbing aware of this and they totally missed the point only emailing me back with couriers telephone number which I obviously already have.

All supposing it arrives on Monday, no guarantee I will not be let down again!!!

Thank you for your comments. I am awfully sorry to hear you are not happy with the delay if delivery. Your order was dispatched within 2 working days of receiving. It is always very disappointing to hear we have been let down by couriers. I always take on board all comments, and try to prevent situations like this happening again. Your comments have been taken very seriously and we have taken them on board. We are continuously trying to improve our service so your comments are very much appreciated.


Excellent service, would recommend no problem

I have now purchased a couple of items from Fastlec and would do so again without hesitation. Fast delivery and exaclty what I
was after so would definitely recommend anyone to try them out.
