WHY OH WHY DIDN'T I READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE I GOT INVOLVED WITH BEDWORD ???

Incomptetence on a level I have never encountered before. The Web site is a tissue of lies and misleading dross. The staff are inept AND rude and I pray for the day these charlatans go into administration. I too have experienced what all reveiwers on here have posted and I am awaiting a full refund via my Credit card provider. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards and may even contact Watchdog in the hope that others may avoid being shafted by these rogue traders. I recommend Trustpilot to introduce a minus rating for companies such as this. It has put me off buying online for life !!
