I feel I must write to express my admiration for and gratitude to one of your customer services staff. I recently purchased Cosatto nursery furniture through your website and the whole affair has been quite traumatic, with one problem followed by another - entirely the fault of Cosatto, it should be said, and not your company. Throughout the whole experience, I have dealt with Claire Parsons, whose professionalism and dedication to customer service has been second-to-none. Even though I have ended up without furniture, having had to return it to Cosatto for a refund, I would still recommend your company to family and friends, and this is primarily due to the way Claire has handled my situation.
People are often minded to only contact companies when there is a problem but I feel that cases of such good practice should also be highlighted.
