I had bought some icebreaker baselayer but needed the size up, not quite as thin as I used to be. The company running the website went under and I thought that I was left with a top that did not fit so I left it in its packet hoping to lose weight one day.
This week I got a email saying the site was back up and running so I called up. It seems the website has been taken over by another company and bearing in mind I did not buy the top from them they were incredibly helpful and today I have opened a box containing a top that fits. What is really incredible is I only called yesterday and I have not had time to put the parcel in the post and am feeling guilty I did not do it yesterday as I said I would.
Now that what I call good service!
