I have bought glassware from Wineware on several occassions over a few years and have always been pleased with their goods and services. My only minor complaint would be the problem of disposing of the packing material which is extensive - still I suppose that's better than getting broken glass, so I can't really complain even if the dustman does!!!
Siemens fridge did not work at all; bosch dishwasher arrived with lots of water inside the cabinet; neither were in manufacturer's packaging. Reported to Appliance City within 4 hours of delivery and was told they could do nothing until an engineer had visited to certify the situation and in any event the fridge had to be switched on for 12 hours before it could be deemed to be not working. The following day the manager offered to get replacements in two weeks (having waited 2 weeks for what was supposedly in stock). Under protest they agreed to have them collected and make a full refund (having first tried to get me to pay for the return costs). Took a further 3 weeks to get my £800 refunded after several phone calls!! In the meantime I got replacements from Appliancesonline in 24 hours admittedly at a slightly higher cost. DRAW YOUR OWN CONCLUSIONS.
