Ebay
I hate ebay
If there was another auction company on the web, I would use it, Ebay is too expensive to sell stuff on, they get money from every way, even when a seller uses their other company Paypal
Ebay has set its self up as the internet policeman, you can buy stuff on the High Street, but not on ebay, you can buy stuff on their foreign websites, but not their UK website
There is no alternative to ebay, they kill any opposition, they have forgotten what ebay was about when it started
AND they will probably delete my account after reading my review

Sent out FAST !!!!
Made a phone call, ordered the items, got a confirmation email, then a follow up email for delivery, good communications
(I was hoping for a discount as it never went through Ebay or Paypal, so saved them a good few quid)
The items arrived, well packed (as I would expect, from an online seller)
They work okay (again as I expected) but not really impressed with the microwave, but its cheap and works, not quite the flaming red as in the advertisment though, just seemed to be a stock photo, instead of the actual items, I guess no one has a digital camera !!
The reception staff were very nice, polite, processed the order quite well,
What else can a customer want, no hassle and a prompt service,
the items arrived, so thanks to all involved with the transaction

Pleaced my order, paid for it, arrived in less than 24 hours, well pleased with the service
No real chatty email though, just a Thank you
