I havent ever written an online review before, but the service I received made me want to publicise this.

I have been delighted with my orders from this store. Im relatively new to rat keeping, and I have to admit I am a bit neurotic about what is ok and what is not.

I rang a few places to ask for advice to get set up, and got through to clueless reception staff, whose advice I would believe less than that I would get from my dog.

I then rang equinecaninefeline and was promised a callback from someone more knowledgeable. Five minutes later, and I got a call from a lovely young lady whose name I didnt get, but she talked me through everything I would need, gave recommendations on products and steered me away from a few things I was going to buy towards things which were more suitable. Her patience was unending and the call went on for 25 minutes. I cant remember the last time I received service like that anywhere online.

Needless to say, their commitment to me as a customer has secured me as a loyal follower for life.

Both myself and my rats are very grateful for the service and products received.
