Good service
Received the massage covers within 3 days but the quality is rather poor... thin material and only one diagonal tie... Physique covers far superior... Disappointed

I read various reviews and although never having purchased from Box before I still placed an order for over £500.00. I received emails confirming my order and that it was being processed and another that it had been dispatched... all on the same day... I received the order the next day by courier...
I then ordered again from them 3 days later and again the same process was followed with 2 emails and next day delivery by courier...
I did also use their customer service as I received my 2 NZXT phantom cases but no mouse and they replied within 2 hours saying that it was coming by a different courier from another warehouse... but I then had to email them back as it had just arrived...
All I can say is EXCELLENT service... I have been buying online for over 15 years and in that time I have seen many companies come and go. So it is always difficult finding someone who is reliable, honest and having excellent service... Box fulfills this criteria so do not hesitate to order from them...
