I ordered the camera two (2) days or so and i was travelling on a Friday. The delivery estimate they gave was early the following week. After i ordered, i pleaded with them to ship this out ASAP and they did just that. It was sent out the day i ordered and it got in on Friday just before i was about to travel:) Thanks guys it was an awesome job. Expect more orders from me in the near future. It is a great camera as well just figuring my way around it
After reading most of the comments, i am sure you all know what i am going to write. I received a letter and arranged delivery for the next day. I was tracking the progress online and it confirmed the package was on its way. Waited the whole day and nothing. Checked online and they said they came and the package was returned to base. They also said they tried to deliver three times. All LIES as i was at home all day and i received only one card. From my understanding, the drivers just drive by your house and sit in the car for a few minutes (to see if anyone comes out) and then drive off. What is the recipe for business failure? lazy staff (drivers) and non caring/non existent customer service. If this company goes bust tomorrow i won't be at all surprised.
The company has one of the best reviews so far but still need to work on areas like delivery and changing prices. I ordered the new Sony Xperia Ray and was expecting a worldwide launch sometime in September. I was told the item was in stock so i expected a fairly quick delivery but it took the maximum 8 days to get to me. The price of the phone was cheap already (out of all the sites i checked) but i was disappointed when they dropped the price by a further £20 - not cool. All in all i will consider ordering again from them in the future but they need to work on the areas i have mentioned
