I ordered a bed for my daughter and then took the day off work to accept delivery. The day before I got a phone call to say that the bed was out of stock and would be in within 7-10 days. That eveing I got an email to say that my bed would be delivered the next day - as originially scheduled. The next morning I called to check and was told that my bed was actually out of stock and they would not have new stock for several weeks. However, the girl I spoke to was very helpful and gave me some alternatives that were in stock. She then arranged for an alternative bed to be delivered the next day witout incurring the extra Saturday delivery charge.
