We rentet a Car in Stansted Airport UK May 1st until Maj 7 th 2013. We had to wait 1,5 hours to get a car because they didn´t have that type of car we had booked : Avis offered us a bigger car to a much higher cost,which we were not interested in. At last after 1,5 hours with 3 tired children we got a free upgrade- The insurance for a week for that car would have a much higher cost for insurance so we decided only to take the basic insurance . The car we finally received was not properly cleaned and did not have full tank. We spend not enough time inspecting it, as we just wanted to go. When we returned the car the Avis staff walked around the car and immediately said something was wrong with the tyre and we had to pay 250 € for a new tyre. We asked to speak to the manager but it was not possible until the next day! We wrote a letter to Avis right after we came home to Denmark and complained, we got an answer 3 months later August 6 th :( They said we still had to pay for that tyre, that we did not damage. Will never rent with Avis again.

Mangler at få opdateret hjemmesiden. Oplevede at have købt 3 tegnsæt men fik kun et sæt leveret da de andre to alligevel ikke var tilgængelige . En anden gang købte jeg en gave til en veninde som også viste dig at være udsolgt og først besked dagen efter .
