Would have been better if they delivered flowers in time for funeral!
I chose this company because of their price and delivery options; however i will not be using them again. I wanted a bunch of flowers for a funeral which was on a Monday pm, The flowers did not arrive until after the funeral and i have yet to track them down. I contacted the company who were prompt in their response but said since I did not choose from their funeral range they could not guarantee delivery even though I had given them the information, I had put it in the information section and that did not count! It matters when the flowers for a funeral are late, you can not rerun the event again. Apparently it is in the small print in terms and conditions.....which we all read. I am sure the flowers were good, well they looked good in the photo!

I have recommended this site to several people as the service is consistantly good, the prices competitive and the complaints procedure works! What more can you ask for from a retailer.
