I agree, poor customer service

Placed an order last Thursday, it was dispatched Friday, turns up today with the main part missing and then an email today saying 'oh sorry we didn't have it'.

Bit late notice and i wouldn't have ordered the rest of the order as its useless without the missing piece. They should have informed me at the time of order before dispatch.

Beware fellow buyers.
