Gedoe om geld terug te krijgen
De bestelde telefoon voldeed niet aan de verwachtingen. Op de website staat dat hij waterdicht zou zijn, in de gebruiksaanwijzing dat je op moet passen met water. Daarom wilde ik de telefoon retour doen en mijn geld terug krijgen. Het is wettelijk bepaald dat dit mogelijk is bij kopen op afstand, en ook de Algemene voorwaarden van gsm wijzer verwijst hier naar. Maar de website en de klantenservice willen je doen geloven dat je een andere telefoon uit moet zoeken. Ook wanneer je ze erop wijst nemen ze lastige houding aan "we gaan eerst de retour inspecteren", etc.

Sent one item out of order of 97 but charged full delivery cost
I ordered 96 tins of cat food and 1 sack of dry food. By placing a large order I compensate the cost of delivery which is 7.50 pounds to the Netherlands. VetUK decided, without contacting me, that they would cancel the 96 tins because of stock outage and would just send me the sack charging 7.50 pounds delivery cost to my account.
That is not the service you would expect!!!
