Ordered on 22nd August money taken straight away. Was informed the order would be dispatched on 6th September. Contacted Beth on 5th September as proof had still not arrived. Informed proof would be delivered soon but some items were not available in the correct size or colour. Asked to cancel these items - no reply. 7th September - Contacted live chat to cancel whole order as proof still not arrived or any contact regarding order. Phoned on 9th September told the only person who could issue refund was away until 12th September. 5.45 p.m. 12th September - still waiting for any contact.....
