Spig - Thanks for your review. You have baffled us with this one. All our prices online already include VAT. At the final checkout stage, we split out the cost by clearly noting the ex-VAT figure and the additional VAT element, but the total price then adds up to the same figure we state up front when you first select your products. We re-checked your item on our site for any errors on our part, as well as your order history, and can confirm to the best of our knowledge this was the case with your order.
