Always great service
Always use Virgin for my annual Las Vegas pilgrimage! Premium Economy is superb value if you use your miles from previous trips.

Completely USELESS!!
Ordered 3 items on-line, non of the items were eligible for delivery only available for collection in store, all item were 'in stock' according to the website. I drove 7 miles to the store only to find ALL THREE items were OUT OF STOCK - Will never use again!!

Missed my Mum's Birthday ;(
Delivery was scheduled for Saturday for my Mum's Birthday on Sunday, found out on Monday that nothing was delivered. Very disappointed!!
I called their customers services who were going to look into it and get back to me, never did! 2 days later I had to call again but this time it was dealt with successfully, delivered same day and gave me 50% refund, although this doesn't make up for the disappointment of missing her birthday.
