Efficient but Abrupt and Difficult to Understand

So I needed to call Victoria Plumb to ammend my order and was met by a woman with a fairly heavy northern accent, the line might not have been fantastic either. I had to ask her a couple of times to repeat herself as I found her very difficult to understand...I'm English so I don't usually struggle with most UK accents. She got quite short and abrupt when asked (bordering on rude) but that may have been because she was busy and stressed. Either way...efficient custoemr service (I got what I needed) but not that friendly.

5 weeks later...no speakers...

Speakers were supposed to take 2 weeks to manufacture, 5 weeks later I'm told they haven't even started building them but they have most of the parts. Fantastic. Its always next week, next week, next week which is incredibly inconvenient when I continually have to rearrange my client schedule. Despite how good they are "supposed" to be in reviews I probably won't order from Spendor again. At this rate I will have to cancel the order due to being away for a month at the end of the week. What a waste.
