BBC

what's not to like

reliable news

Dell

$$$ but fast

good products but you pay for them.

Google

Life before google?

Don't remember it. Need to google at least 10 times a day.

Monsoon

Expensive but unique looks

If I had a bigger fashion budget, I'd shop more at Monsoon. I am not sure their goods warrant the pricing model they employ.

Tesco

Tesco is a destination store

Love the variety of goods that are well laid out and makes sense immediately to a shopper in a hurry but also to a shopper who wants to experience new products. I love Tesco!

Britishairways

stuffy excellence

Very old fashioned....not necessarily a bad thing.

Primark

A cost-effective way to dress up!

Love that suit jackets are machine washable.

Ebay

Addictive but annoying at the same time

Too much junk clutters my searches which makes it a less than positive experience even if I eventually find what I want.

Amazon

Have what I need when I need it.

Great breadth of products. Wonderfully responsive customer service. I buy from Amazon more than anywhere else.

Orange

Great coverage

Rarely have any problems finding a connection throughout the UK.

www.arguscarhire.com

Fair price but service quality could improve.

Chose to rent a car for 2+ weeks from Argus solely on their attractive price. Car had the advertised features but was dirty. Staff member manning the Maggiore counter in Pisa was curt and not as helpful as we needed since we were new to the area and didn't read Italian. I asked for a map and he gave me one but he could not give us any directions. He was also sarcastic when we had real confusion about where to go get our designated car.

Summary: Not a great customer service experience and car was dirty but the price was right.
