If u r thinking of ordering anything from very i ask u 2 think again and go somewhere else! my 1st ever order (you'd think they'd want 2 make a good impression!) is for outdoor xmas lights/decorations, the guy turns up promptly on delivery day with a philips electric juicer! u can plainly see as it is just the philips box with a sticker/delivery note on. he says no problem just refuse the delivery as an incorrect order. i did this then emailed very who replied apologising and asking me to order the original order again. which i didnt do because already having my doubts about very. then i get an email from very saying they received my return but cannot process my refund for philips juicer because they cant find it in my orders!!! then i get another email telling me my statement ready to view online and would u believe they are already charging me for the bloody xmas lights i never got!!! do yourself a favour buy somewhere else!
i only use pay as u go, always been reasonable call prices and usually extra deals, i luv free weekend calls and textsi regularly use for an hour free then hang up and go again! they dont seem 2 mind! though i must confess did use some lebara sim cards with free credit on!!!
There was some confusion (on both parts!) over a left hand offset quadrant traymate riser kit not matching a left hand shower tray, which needed to be returned and replaced with (strangely!) a right hand traymate riser kit. a little confused why! from first contact in morning with friendly, helpfull lady in customer service to being sorted to my complete satisfaction by wonderful manager Carla (who i'd buy a thankyou drink for anytime! x) next morning was 24hours and replaced on site within 48hours. I have nothing but praise for the customer service team at HeatandPlumb they have gone out of their way to sort this out all done on next day delivery so not affecting our work schedule. danthemanplumbing. portsmouth
