Have ordered from them twice now

Excellent prices, fast delivery and they have great communication (on a large order two sinks were out of stock and they have kept us informed all the way through and we've now received the 2 oustanding sinks). We are in the middle of a big house renovation project and are about to place a third order for a shower unit. Quite shocked by the negative feedback as we have found them to be so good. Would recommend to any one.

Couldn't be more helpful

I'd been badly let down by another company over the supply of a Franke sink for my new kitchen. I emailed kitchenapplicances123 to see if they had the same sink in stock. They responded the same day to say they didn't have one, but had checked with their supplier who had it in stock and told me they could get one and deliver to me the following week.
So I placed the order on the Friday and they delivered the following Tuesday - better than promised in my opinion. Brilliant company with excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

I'd give no stars if I could

I have a very upset daughter who ordered an MP3 player from this company. We used my debit card to pay. The item turned up really fast, but was very poor quality and faulty. A return and refund was agreed by email (yes, they did respond). We returned the item and received an email saying 'refunded'. When I checked my bank account there was no refund and in fact, the original payment they had taken was £6 more than stated on the invoice.

My complaints emails were initially replied to but I have now been ignored for over a week.

Not expecting to see my £52 any time soon.

I too wish I had read the reviews first as I would never have touched this company...
