No products sent to me (3weeks soon)

I just dont get this... I have ordered and paid my stuff but they will not send anything to me? Have tried numerous of times to get in hold of the staff but without any progress... I have now contacted my visa provider to try to get my money back! Wish me luck guys....!!! Im pissed now!
