Best customer service

I have been with o2 for years and have nothing but good feelings towards them!
i have recently had to deal with the customer service dept ( a few probs i have had with my broadband and home line) They were very helpful and sorted my problems out straight away!.

I would definiately reccomend them to anyone.
Especially the broadband and home phone line package (you get a £5 off each month if you have a mobile with them!)

Really Really Helpful!

Ordered some satellite equipment recently from tradeworks.tv and i am very impressed! Not only with their wide range of equipment, especially all the custom made freesat hd kits (they will even custom build them for you if you give them a call!) but the friendly and helpful manner of the staff that i dealt with.
I spoke to them on the phone several times as i wasnt sure exactly what is was that i needed for my setup and the guy went out of his way to help me. I bought a freesat HD self install kit which has enabled me to recieve over 300 free channels and around 5 HD channels. All this for just £100 and free P+P! I live in the countryside so my reception through an aerial has always been a bit dodgy, i would wholeheartedly reccomend tv reception through a satellite dish to anyone! Its great and free (apart from obvious eqippment costs!).

I have just ordered a satellite tripod too so we can take this kit away with us on our next caravan trip! This should keep the other half happy while im out walking...
