I ordered a keyboard, which arrived defective.
They have a very prominent email@example.com email address on their site, which I emailed to ask about a replacement, but nobody has returned my email after 11 days.
Their "Shipping and Returns" page here https://www.crescentelectronics.co.uk/shipreturn says for "To return items click here" but there is no link!
I am forced to initiate a payment dispute with Paypal.
