Delivery is a con! So is the whole thing!
I bought some tickets for a show this month, paid £10 delivery (compulsory) and then ViaGoGo sent my tickets via an e-ticket, I asked for a refund and was told I had to pay it! Also, my tickets face value was £20 cheaper if I bought it from Ticketmaster, who sold this company the ticket! BEWARE !!!!!!!!

I ordered the tickets and was told it would be shipped via UPS at a cost of £9.95 so this isn't true & is actually FRAUD.
My tickets also have someone else's name on it!!

Waste of money
Don't bother advertising with Yell, the sales reps always lie to you and it never generates work. Total waste of time.

Unfortunately we were not able to refund your shipping fee, as this is used to cover the cost of supporting the delivery process to get the tickets to you electronically.
viagogo is an online ticket marketplace which allows customers to buy and sell tickets. The seller can freely set the price of the ticket(s), and this price may be over or under the 'face value' price which is the price printed on the ticket. The face value price is always displayed by viagogo on the listing pages for all events.

Hi Richard,
As viagogo is a marketplace, for some events event organisers print the tickets with the name of the original purchaser on the ticket. These tickets are genuine and valid for entry to the event.
