I finally got the product I ordered almost 2 months ago. Their website clearly states delivery time as 3-5 days for Europe, therefore I am quite furious.
After the first month of waiting, they offered me to fill a form to request a "replacement order" or refund. I sent it back and got my replacement order almost 3 weeks later.
In the meantime, I wrote numerous complaints by e-mail. They stated this kind of delays were "very exceptional" and unfortunately beyond their control. Well, two times out of two is not that exceptional, is it ?
Packaging, selection and price were fairly good, their website is well-engineered, but I consider this incident as rhedibitory, ie. not acceptable, so here's the minimum mark. It would have been okay if the correct delivery time was stated from the beginning, but then I'd probably have ordered elsewhere.
