I ordered a Taylor Made R9 online and realised I ordered the wrong one within a couple of minutes.
I e-mailed aftersales to cancel (as per their website instructions) and also rang them to ask how they would deal with the gift voucher I used.
I was told the order wasn't placed and would be ignored, regardless of the fact that I have an e-mail confirming my order.
They were very rude and aggresive and If I find that this does go through on my credit card than they had better look out.
Take your business to a better outfit who offers good customer service!
